My husband and I were looking to buy a house during a time where the real estate was (ands still is) a seller’s market that very few agents even bothered with buyers. Most we contacted just showed up for one of their listings but that was the extent of their involvement. Greg immediately replied, researched, and arranged showings. Over a few months, he agreed to spend a lot of his time searching and organizing showings. We must have visited 30 houses. He never pressured us and respected our pace. We found that he was knowledgeable, had integrity but also honest in letting us know when he didn’t know a region enough. Although we didn't end up buying a property in Ontario (to no fault of his, but rather due to unaffordable homes in Ontario), I wanted to salute Greg for taking the time out of his busy day, to drive us around, and sometimes in remote regions, for several showings. I knew Greg Brown before I was looking for a house, and I can tell you that he is as kind and genuine outside work as he is at work. He's not just nice to get your business. When it came time to look for a house there was no one else we wanted to go with. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and continuously went above and beyond, even saving us a few times from poorly listed properties that contained incorrect information which could have cost us thousands.
